5k, 1 Mile Kids Run, 5 and under Tot trot.
Each year the foundation hosts the Law Enforcement Memorial 5K Walk, Run, and Fun Run. The event is held the Saturday of Law Enforcement Memorial Week at the THP Training Facility in Nashville. There is a 5K followed by a kid’s one mile race and a Tot Trot for children under the age of 6. After the 5K, there is a family picnic with door prizes and a static display including “toys” from multiple first responder agencies from around the mid-state. Proceeds from the event benefit the foundation’s “Heart’s of Gold” fund.
